We are very price conscious and with our extremely strong negotiating position with hotels we are able to show substantial savings to our clients budget. We make every attempt to beat and better rates – we constantly monitor hotel rates and with our experience in the market we are always identifying opportunities to reduce rates and endlessly negotiating and renegotiating with hotels for even better rates. For example hotels in some locations face intense competition during certain times of the year. They respond to that challenge by slashing prices and offering some exceptional deals – deals/rates unthinkable at the same hotels at other times of the year. These massive savings without compromising on quality will not fail to impress your guests, your company and your accountant!

We can arrange to have all your bills sent to us, where they can be audited and Analysed according to your requirements – we often find mistakes which can save You money. A detailed monthly summary and bill is then sent to your company With the hotels’ original bills. We can also provide you with monthly or quarterly ‘Management Information Report’ giving full breakdown of your hotel bookings and expenditure (eg total no of bookings by hotel, city, department, guest, total savings and expenditure by room, bar, dinner, telephone etc) and which is designed to meet with your requirements. We can suggest ways of reducing your total hotel expenditure – for example by consolidating to a small number of hotels, by switching to hotels where better deals are available and so on. We can also highlight areas where your company policy is not strictly adhered to. In these times when hotel rates are rising, we have actually reduced some companies total hotel expenditure by 25% (35% in real terms) for the same standard of hotels and room nights.
